Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using The Gamers Shop website, software, services, Discord integrations, or any related platforms (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access our Services. Use of any Service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
These Terms apply to all users including browsers, customers, resellers, and contributors.
Digital Products & Services
The Gamers Shop provides access to digital software modules, tools, and related services. Upon completing a purchase, you will receive a license key granting access for the specified duration.

- — We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that software will be free of bugs or errors.
- — Product availability, features, and pricing are subject to change at any time.
- — License durations begin at the time of key fire use.
Software modules may require periodic updates. We are not responsible for interruptions arising from updates, third-party anti-cheat changes, or game version incompatibilities. We will do our best to provide compensation for lost time but is not guaranteed, and is at the discression of each project developer
Refund & Chargeback Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate issuance of license keys, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. Once a transaction is completed and a license key is generated, the sale is considered final.
You acknowledge and agree that:

- — Digital goods cannot be returned once delivered.
- — Dissatisfaction with the product does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through your bank or payment provider will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account, revocation of all active licenses, and your hardware ID being blacklisted from our Services and many others permanently. We reserve the right to contest all chargebacks and report fraudulent disputes to relevant authorities.

Licensing Rules
Licenses issued by The Gamers Shop are personal, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- — License sharing is strictly prohibited. This is a one-strike offense resulting in immediate license suspension.
- — Unauthorized reselling of any license key is prohibited. Only authorized Resellers operating under a current Reseller agreement may resell. Violations result in a permanent blacklist.
- — Account transfers — selling or otherwise transferring your account to another person — are not permitted. We are not liable for any consequences arising from unauthorized transfers.
- — HWID reset abuse — exploiting the hardware ID reset function beyond its intended use — may result in license suspension.
- — Only your primary account may hold licenses. Using alternate accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
Accounts & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- — You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- — Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts are subject to removal.
- — You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services.
- — You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- — We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials associated with The Gamers Shop are the exclusive property of The Gamers Shop or its licensors.
Purchasing a license grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use the software for its intended purpose during the license term. No ownership rights are transferred.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any materials from our Services without prior written permission.
Disclaimer of Liability
The Gamers Shop is not responsible for any actions taken against your gaming accounts, hardware, or any associated accounts by third-party game developers, publishers, or anti-cheat services. You use our software entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Gamers Shop and its operators shall not be liable for:
- — Game account bans, suspensions, or penalties from third-party platforms.
- — Loss of data, progress, or in-game assets.
- — Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- — Damages arising from service interruptions or software errors.
- — Any loss exceeding the amount paid by you for the specific license in question.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and all associated licenses at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for:

- — Chargebacks or payment disputes.
- — Any behavior we determine to be harmful to our Services, users, or reputation.
Upon termination, all licenses will be revoked immediately. No refunds will be issued for any remaining license duration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through our support system in the first instance, before any other proceedings.
